Texas Cocktail Week is a non-profit hospitality initiative founded to spotlight the craft, community, and culture of the Lone Star State's bar scene. From September 20–26, 2026, more than 500 bars across Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio will host special menus, guest takeovers, seminars, and tastings.

Our four city hubs — ATX, HTX, DFW, SATX — anchor the week with marquee programming, while the daily calendar fills out with collaborations across every neighborhood. Whether you're a working bartender, a brand partner, or a curious drinker, there's a seat at the bar.
